Nelly Andrade is the Head of Developer Experience LATAM at Amazon Web Services, where she leads a team to engage with developers and build innovative cloud solutions. With over 10 years of experience in global community programs, she previously managed one of the world's largest student competitions for social entrepreneurship, reaching over 200,000 participants from 121 countries annually. Her work in social innovation and women's empowerment has earned recognition including UN Women Global Champion 2015 and Premio Nacional de Acción Voluntaria y Solidaria 2012 from the President of Mexico.
